ROLLING H CYCLES PRESENTSINSPIRE YOUR RIDE BIKE FESTIVAL
Inspire is about YOUR ride experience.
The festival is like an outdoor concert, but instead features a stellar speaker lineup with pros like Fairlee Frey and Sonya Looney. Spend the day outside with your best bike friends hanging out at the park enjoying tales of adventure. Bring your low back chairs and blankets.
The day kicks off with an expo. Upon arrival you’ll receive your attendee swag bag that includes a “trail map” of booths to visit. Get your trail map passport stamped and turn it in for a chance to win great prizes. You’ll also have time to check out products and vendors.
Of course no bike festival is complete without beer gardens, wine, and food trucks.
After the expo, trail map, and speakers, stick around for the party of the year and enjoy hanging out at the park with music, friends, and fun.
This event is sure to please with rad speakers sharing about how they inspire their ride and hopefully yours too!
“Cycling and the cycling community has helped me grow into the person I’ve always wanted to be. Cycling has taught me how to dream big, how to have a a strong, resilient mind, and that I have the power to create my own life story. I’ve accomplished and done things in my life I never thought would happen all because I started mountain biking and kept at it!”Sonya Looney

World Champion Professional Athlete
It’s perseverance and attitude that propelled Sonya Looney to 25+ mountain bike endurance wins across the world including stage races in more than 20 countries. As a veteran stage racer and former 24-Hour World Champion, Sonya continues to endure all flavors of adventure and challenge in places like the Sahara Desert, Himalayas, jungles of Sri Lanka, South American Andes, and rural mountains of Haiti. Her mantra “Be Brave. Do Epic Shit” prevails across all of her endeavors from motivational speaking, her weekly podcast, to designing fun lifestyle products for her company, Moxy & Grit.
Sonya is the host of the popular podcast, The Sonya Looney Show where she speaks with experts across the categories of mindset, inspiring stories, and plant-based nutrition to give listeners the tools to live a purposeful and fulfilling life. She loves connecting with her followers on Instagram (@sonyalooney1) and Facebook. Find her at www.sonyalooney.com.
Professional Mountain Bike Athlete
Fairlee Frey is an Idaho-based Professional Mountain Bike Athlete and Registered Nurse. She was inspired to begin riding mountain bikes during her time in nursing school, and quickly began climbing into the national ranks from there.
She is supported by a number of amazing companies including KS Suspension, Kenda Tires, Chinook Winds Casino Resort, and Rolling H Cycles.
When she isn’t on her bike, Fairlee loves to cook, cross country ski, spend time with her husband and their rescue pup (Ruby), and sneak in some fly fishing and camping in the Sawtooth Mountains whenever possible.

Nutrition, Yoga and Wellness coach
An agent of transformation. I’m passionate about holistic nutrition, wellness, healing, meditation, Yoga, metaphysical spirituality, and all things related. I’d call myself a teacher and a coach, but I’m also a human being, Yogini, athlete, foodie, health nut, life long learner, cosmic, & eternal. My real gifts reside in helping people come to energetic balance with their physical state to be in alignment with their soul’s desire for full expression. This is where having energy for living can be our greatest spiritual expression.
Most days you will find me living an active lifestyle. I like hanging out with my husband, traveling, hiking with my dog, reading, gym workouts, Yoga, and tending to my organic vegetable garden. Yet what most people would never guess about me is that I am breaking all the expectations of Western medicine. I wasn’t expected to live past the age of 30–but I’m 19 years past that now. Yet, I struggled to find wellness most of my life. It was illusive for me since birth, being in and out of the hospital, chronic illness, and disease plagued me. I was born with a congenital immune deficiency called Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID), yet I have long outlived my life expectancy.

NICA Grit Coordinator Idaho League
Currently, girls represent 20% of NICA’s overall national student-athlete participation. NICA GRiT (Girls Riding Together) seeks to increase that number significantly over the next five years. The GRiT Program is NICA’s effort to recruit and retain more girls and female coaches in NICA programs.
At IYR you’ll have a chance to hear from Idaho’s GRIT Coordinator to hear about the IICL’s mission and plans to increase the number of female student athletes (and coaches).
Learn more about the GRIT program here.
We are our own engine; in life and on the bike. The things that propel us into better versions of ourselves are often valuable to share with others on the same journey. Be mindful that the smallest moment can positively impact someone’s life forever- seek to create those opportunities.Fairlee Frey
GIVING BACKNICA GRIT #MOREGIRLSONBIKES
Rolling H Cycles believes in community. We believe that as a community we can create opportunity and be a resource to our local cycling organizations. Our staff actively participates with the Idaho Interscholastic Cycling League as volunteers, coaches, parents, photographers, and more. But we believe we can do more. And through events like IYR we have the opportunity to help raise funds for important programs like NICA GRIT. At the event we are hosting a raffle with the proceeds benefitting the Idaho Interscholastic Cycling League GRIT program. You can learn more about GRIT here.
This event came into evolution through women in the bike industry with a vision to see more women experiencing the adventure of two wheels. The only hope is to see more new faces welcomed into the cycling community as the years progress. Whatever your riding style, cycling is a community, and our goal is to be inviting and inclusive!
Rolling H cycles is proud to host this event, as an established landmark in the Treasure Valley cycling community, we are delighted to see the community grow. Established in 2012, RHC has held true to the mission of “Getting More People On Bikes”, we see Inspire as a step in the right direction.
“I believe the purpose of our lives is to discover our gifts and then share them. Cycling is the vehicle for me to do that. This adventure is more than just logging 2000 miles on Strava – it’s about inspiring 200+ women.”
– Jessica Wyman
RHC is a proud supporter of inviting more people to ride bikes. We are honored to offer Inspire Your Ride Bike Festival as we believe cycling to be just as much a community sport as an individual one. We strive to create a strong community atmosphere here in the Treasure Valley.
